NY Notary Basic In-Person Notarization starts at:

  • The State of New York Generally Mandates the $2.00 per stamp charge and Limits the Fee's a NY Notary Public may charge to Notarize documuments in person. The Fee for Online or NY Remote Online Notary is $5.00 per stamp. There is a seperate fee for doing a Notary either via NY Remote Online Notary or in person Mobile Notary Fee's

NY Mobile Notary Fee's Start at:

$ 25.00 1st 25 miles from Saratoga Springs NY
  • In addition to the minimum per stamp charge, I will travel anywhere in NY State if you need my services and pay my fees. For more local needs, I will come to your Office, Car Repair Shop, Kitchen Table or even Hospital Bedside and other institutions. The fee covers a get in and get out situation of less than 1 hour total turnaround time.
Remote Online

NY Remote Online Notary (RON)

$ 35.00 Plus $5 per Stamp
  • NY Remote Notary Services requires the $35 fee plus $5 per Notary Stamp. If use of the NY Remote Online Notary Service is used in conjunction with my NY Mobile Notary Service, both the Mobile and Remote Online Notary Fee's are applicable.

Apostille Services

$ 125.00 each Certificte
  • I can as a Mobile Notary provide Apostille Services. I am within 30 minutes of the Albany NY Secretary of State, for same day processing, there is an additonal $10 per document with a limit of 10 total. Upon completion and certification from NY State I will either hand deliver or place in tracebale overnight delivery service for prompt delivery to you. If you do not require urgent processing, you will save the additonal $10 per certificate, but your items will be processed by NY State on a first come first served basis.
